Ilir Ibrahimi is the Managing Partner of the ProCon Group. He has served as the Vice President and Chief of Operating Officer at American University in Kosovo (AUK), and also as an Adviser on International Relations to the Minister of Economy and Finance of Kosovo on a contract with Bearing Point.
Before returning to Kosovo from the United States, Mr. Ibrahimi worked as an International Broadcaster for the Voice of America, Albanian Service. From 2004 to 2006, Ibrahimi worked at the National Albanian American Council in Washington D.C.
Mr. Ibrahimi is also active as an independent analyst on political developments both in Kosovo and in the international arena and is a regular contributor in the major national TV networks and also writes regular columns in the national newspapers. He has served in several Boards in Kosovo including the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, where he currently serves as the Vice President of the Board, and National Qualifications Authority.
He earned a B.A. Government end International Relations from George Mason University in Virginia and a Master’s Degree in Political Science from the same university.
Adriatik Kelmendi is the managing partner of the ProCon Group, a prominent journalist, television host, university lecturer and social activist based in Prishtina, Kosovo. With the prominent Koha Group he held the position of the Editor in Chief in KTV television, managing editor and journalist Koha Ditore newspaper. He is the author and host of the prestigious primetime three times a week TV Show called Rubikon and a weekly columnist with Koha Ditore. Kelmendi has reported and conducted interviews systematically with international and local political leaders throughout the process of defining the status of Kosovo, from his studio in KTV, but also from places such as New York, Washington, Paris, Vienna, Brussels, Strasburg, Belgrade, Zagreb, Ljubljana etc.
His opinions and arguments are widely published, quoted or otherwise referred to by the regional and international media. Kelmendi is also a lecturer with AAB University in Pristina and Kosovo’s public advocator for regional’s dealing with the past initiative REKOM.
He is a laureate of a number of national and international awards in journalism, including the Best Journalist of the Year from the Professional Association of Journalists in Kosovo and the Gold Baton Award from DuPont Columbia in the United States. He holds a Masters Degree in Media and Communication from Goldsmith – University of London in the United Kingdom. Kelmendi is the author of two books: “Crossing the Rubicon Towards Independence” and “Stories of Hard Efforts”.
Anton is the Creative Director at ProCon Group. Prior to becoming a member of our team, he has built his career in a wide range of fields, such as theater, film, television and journalism. His theaters plays were showcased in National Theater, Theater of Gjakova, Gjilan, and in Producers Club in New York. He was awarded twice with the support of Kosovo Cinematography Center and was awarded with a price in Skena Up film festival.
Five documentaries regarding Kosovo’s cultural herritage were aired on T Channel of DIGITALB. Anton was also a presenter of the debate show KONFRONT which was aired on KTV, and the screenwriter of the TV show “Kush o ma i…”.
Anton is also known for collaborating with STUPCAT writing variours scenarios and projects for them. Besides that, Anton wrote scenarios also for the most famous TV soap in Kosovo “Familja Moderne”.
Anton’s involvement in the journalism field dates back from his working experience in Koha Ditore and Gazeta Express.
Client Administration Officer
Fjolla Gashi is a client administrator officer at ProCon. Before joining our team Ms.Gashi has held the position of a manager of Accounts Receivable & Collections department at one of the biggest bail bond agencies in the United States of America- Aaron Bail Bonds. She has also worked at Legends Hospitality Management in New York, as a client relations and HR assistant. Working at Legends has helped her enrich her professional experience by being part of the success of a company that is pioneering in Sports, Entertainment and Media in the US.
She earned a bachelor degree in International Business at Berkeley College-New York and an associate degree in Business Administration at BMCC (Borough of Manhattan Community College).
Media Monitoring Officer
Before joining our team, Fitore has worked as an English teacher in Elementary and Secondary School Zenit for over six years and before that, she worked as a project coordinator for Balkansunflowers. In addition, during this time Fitore taught English courses at the language schools New Age School. During her studies, Fitore worked as a team leader of different groups of MA students. Her working experiences has helped her to build the ability to work effectively and collaborate with people of various ages and cultures. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Prishtina where she currently is pursuing a master’s degree in English language studies.
Rona Sefedini has a Bachelor’s in Journalism, and is currently doing her MA in Journalism and Public Relations. Before, she worked as freelance journalist, writing articles for different newspapers and online portals. Since her engagement in ProCon, Rona was involved in Media Monitoring process and holds the position of Publication Officer here at ProCon. After attending Social Media Management course, Rona works as social media manager at ProCon.
Before joining our team Malda Susuri has worked for 7 years in KTV Kohavision in video graphics sector. Also, Malda has been engaged in several design and marketing companies as a designer. She is a big fan of music and has recorded several songs and video clips.
Malda has graduated at the Faculty of Arts at the University of Prishtina, Graphic Design major. In her spare time, she likes to paint, sing, read, watch movies and play sports. For her postgraduate studies, Malda has chosen Multimedia and is currently working on her thesis.
